About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact projects that bridge advanced research and production-grade applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will work across the entire data lifecycle, from hypothesis generation and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring, ensuring that our data-driven solutions are both scalable and scientifically rigorous.

What You’ll Bring?

• PhD/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, including:
• Expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Proven track record in building and deploying ML models (XGBoost, LightGBM, Random Forest, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with the data science stack (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with SQL and managing large-scale datasets in cloud or on-premise environments.
• Ability to design experiments, benchmark models, and optimize for both predictive accuracy and computational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills and English fluency.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Lead end-to-end Machine Learning projects, including supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for structured (tabular, time-series) and unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI/ML specifications and measurable KPIs.
• Optimize and deploy models in production using MLOps best practices, focusing on performance, reliability, and automated monitoring.
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of General AI research (e.g., ensemble methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning) and applying state-of-the-art techniques.
• Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for coding, experimentation, and model validation.

Nice-to-Have (Plus)

• Experience with Computer Vision (OpenCV, object detection, segmentation).
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with Cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML or GCP AI Platform).
