Business Analyst (ICT Governance)

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Business Analyst (ICT Governance) for a leading technology solutions and services provider in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IT strategy execution and establishing robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives. The role also focuses on strengthening customer engagement, enhancing service delivery, and managing risks through structured governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

- Align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value.

- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and reporting structures.

- Track KPIs, strategic initiatives, and operational performance, ensuring timely execution and visibility.

- Standardize program and project delivery processes and ensure adherence across teams.

- Monitor governance compliance and strengthen accountability in reporting and execution.

- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

- Manage enterprise risks (ERM), ensuring proactive identification and mitigation.

- Engage with stakeholders and customers, providing regular updates on performance, risks, and key initiatives.

- Foster strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and service improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience across IT domains, with at least 3+ years in a similar governance-focused or customer-facing role.

- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred.

- Proven expertise in establishing and managing IT governance frameworks and aligning IT strategy with business objectives.

- Experience in IT program governance, delivery frameworks, and process standardization.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance best practices.

- Experience in IT audits, compliance, and quality assurance reviews.
