AI Application Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Application Developer to join our development team and help integrate AI capabilities into our products. This role combines strong software engineering skills with practical knowledge of AI tools and APIs. You will work closely with developers to design, develop, and implement AI-powered features that enhance our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions and features into existing and new applications.
• Implement AI APIs and SDKs (e.g., LLMs, computer vision models, recommendation systems).
• Collaborate with developers and other specialists to create and optimize AI workflows.
• Participate in AI development, testing, and evaluation of tools and models.
• Ensure AI features are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable.
• Monitor AI feature performance, usage, and reliability in production.
• Stay up-to-date with AI trends, tools, and best practices to improve product capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong software development experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or relevant stack).
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating AI workflows, APIs and services (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure/GCP AI, etc.).
• Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, NLP, or computer vision.
• Experience with software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate AI capabilities into practical application features.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI model fine-tuning, training, or deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) or cloud AI infrastructure.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
• Exposure to data engineering or handling large datasets.
