Agile Project Lead

Job Responsibilities:

Delivery and Governance

Setup o Define and implement the team structure, processes and tools to ensure cross-discipline/capability thinking, acceleration business and success. o Define and establish a governance model which empowers decentralized decision making, focuses on continuous value flow and measures on fact-based objectives

Drive Estimation: o Employ various relative story sizing techniques and estimation frameworks against a mixed backlog of items · Drive Prioritization: o Apply backlog prioritization techniques (WSJF, MoSCoW) and drive the backlog prioritization and grooming processes to produce maximum economic value. o Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure product backlog alignment with program strategy and vision.

Craft sprint objectives to facilitate a shared understanding of business value, to understand and articulate risks and dependencies and to drive team commitment to deliver with confidence. o Appropriately gauge team velocity and estimate capacity for sprints, synchronize with cross-domain planning to maximize flow.

Risk Management o Balance risk management and a test-and-learn mindset. o Articulate the program/portfolio/product risk rating (with respect to costs, schedule and solution accuracy) and mitigation plan and make it transparent to the relevant stakeholders

Requirement:

Engineering and Technology background with 10+ years of experience in Engineering heavy Agile

Development projects with a deep understanding of lean agile techniques (e.g. User Stories, sprint

reviews, retrospectives, etc.)

· Expertise in Engineering delivery and core engineering concepts of agile delivery including but not

limited to DevSecOps, Automation

· At least 2 large successfully delivered technical programs with experience in software

development and/or project management

· Strong Data Aptitude

· Hands on expertise with System Thinking

· A relevant business degree and scrum/SAFE certification would be a plus

· Experience in the financial services domain would be a plus
