The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a field digitalisation initiative within Pressure (inspection) activities.

The objective is to improve efficiency, quality, and traceability of inspection and field operations through digital solutions (processes, applications, data, and tooling).

You will act as an end-to-end project lead, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, while maintaining safety, compliance, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end processes, identify pain points, risks, and data needs
• Translate operational needs into structured project inputs
• Develop a realistic roadmap aligned with stakeholders and sponsor
• Collaborate with IT/Digital teams to define functional & non-functional requirements
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to monitor and control budget

Required Skills & Experience

• Project management and/or business transformation

• Digitalisation of field operations (mobile tools, workflows, data)

• Proven experience working with operations and IT teams

• Experience in regulated environments / inspection / asset integrity is a strong asset

• Dutch and English to a professional level

Highly Desirable

• Strong stakeholder management and communication

• Hands-on, pragmatic, and result-oriented

• Experience with Agile / iterative delivery
