Human Resources Generalist

Our client is a growing, people-focused FMCG organization committed to building a positive, high-performance culture. Valuing collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement, they're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support and strengthen their HR operations.

Position Summary

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. This role partners closely with managers and employees to deliver practical HR solutions and ensure a great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding and offboarding processes
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle employee relations matters and assist with investigations and resolutions
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HRIS data updates
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Assist with performance management and employee development processes
• Support payroll coordination and compensation updates
• Help develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
• Contribute to policy updates and HR documentation
• Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of HR generalist or broad HR experience
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
