Our client is a growing, people-focused FMCG organization committed to building a positive, high-performance culture. Valuing collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement, they're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support and strengthen their HR operations.
Position Summary
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. This role partners closely with managers and employees to deliver practical HR solutions and ensure a great employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding and offboarding processes
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle employee relations matters and assist with investigations and resolutions
- Administer benefits, leave programs, and HRIS data updates
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Assist with performance management and employee development processes
- Support payroll coordination and compensation updates
- Help develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
- Contribute to policy updates and HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of HR generalist or broad HR experience
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
