Human Resource Director (EMEA)

Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across a diverse, multi-country region. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to partner with executive stakeholders and drive business success through high-impact people initiatives.

The Role

• Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership, shaping and delivering regional people strategies
• Lead and develop HR teams, driving capability, consistency, and operational excellence
• Oversee talent management, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development
• Manage complex employee relations matters and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Partner on compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
• Ensure full compliance with local employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead regional HR projects, using data and insights to inform decision-making and improve performance

About You

• 7+ years’ progressive HR experience, including senior leadership exposure
• Proven track record in multi-site, international environments, an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Commercially focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) advantageous
