Role Description
The Senior User Acquisition Manager leads and scales performance marketing campaigns across multiple ad networks, owning acquisition results across different monetization models. This role manages large budgets, makes data-driven scaling decisions, and uses advanced analytics, attribution, and automation tools to drive efficient, sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale UA campaigns across multiple networks, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, Axon, Mintegral, and rewarded networks;
- Own performance across different monetization models (IAP, Ads, hybrid) with full responsibility for results;
- Manage and optimize large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and risk control;
- Optimize campaigns using CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and payback targets;
- Analyze large datasets to identify scaling opportunities, inefficiencies, and creative fatigue;
- Make budget allocation and scaling decisions based on data, forecasts, and risk assessment;
- Use AI / automation tools to support data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and optimization workflows;
- Work with attribution and analytics tools (MMPs, SKAN, probabilistic attribution);
- Communicate with ad network account managers and external partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on UA experience in mobile games;
- Proven experience managing and scaling high advertising budgets;
- Strong track record scaling campaigns across multiple UA networks, including social and rewarded traffic;
- Practical experience with Unity, Mintegral, TikTok, Meta, and DSP / rewarded networks;
- Experience working with hybrid monetization projects (IAP + Ads); idle / arcade experience is a plus;
- Deep understanding of UA KPIs and optimization logic;
- Good knowledge of attribution systems;
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large volumes of data;
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis, reporting, or decision support;
Nice to have
- Experience with automation, scripts, or internal UA tools;
- Experience scaling campaigns to very high spend levels;
- Strong understanding of creative structures, placements, and algorithm behaviour.
