Blackfield Associates are supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation in the search for a Senior Project Manager, located close to Paris.

This is a great opportunity to join a major CAPEX project on a long term contract basis, offering an initial 12 months with option for extension.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Life Sciences (CAPEX Projects, French Speaking)

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead CAPEX projects up to €200 million within the life sciences sector, with a focus on filling projects (e.g., aseptic/sterile filling). The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and fluency in French.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale CAPEX projects, ensuring budget, schedule, and compliance adherence.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage all phases of project lifecycle, including CQV.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GMP, EMA, FDA) and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in CAPEX project management within the life sciences industry.
• Experience in aseptic/sterile filling technologies and processes.
• Proven success managing budgets up to €200 million.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
