Quality Analyst

Quality Analyst (QA)/UAT

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experienced in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.
• Experience with databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and testing tools.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman/Soap.
• Basic understanding of automation testing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Support senior QA members in improving testing processes and documentation.
• Assist in regression testing, functional testing, smoke testing, and UAT support
• Valid QID copy and NOC
