About the Role

We are looking for a Structures Engineer to support our CAMO/Engineering team in managing

aircraft structural integrity, damage assessment, and repair solutions. The role plays a key part in

ensuring compliance, safety, and efficient maintenance operations.


Key Responsibilities

* Assess and evaluate aircraft structural damages in line with SRM and OEM data

* Develop and approve structural repair solutions (SRM, AMM, SB, engineering orders)

* Liaise with OEMs (Airbus / Boeing / Bombardier) for repair approvals when required

* Review and monitor structural repairs carried out by Line/Base Maintenance

* Ensure compliance with EASA, CAA, and local authority requirements

* Support troubleshooting of structural defects and AOG situations

* Monitor repetitive structural findings and support reliability improvements

* Prepare engineering instructions and technical justifications

* Support audits and maintain proper documentation

* Coordinate with Planning, MCC, and Maintenance teams


Requirements

Education

* Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent


Experience

* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Structures Engineering within CAMO or Part-

145 environment

* Proven experience in structural damage assessment and repair development


Aircraft Experience

* Airbus A330-800 (A330neo)

* Airbus A320 Family (CEO/NEO)

* CRJ900


Skills

* Strong knowledge of SRM, AMM, and engineering documentation

* Ability to interpret technical drawings and repair schemes

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* High attention to detail and compliance

* Good communication and coordination skills

Advantage

* Full B1 license coverage across relevant aircraft types is a strong advantage


Nice to Have

* Experience with OEM repair approvals

* Exposure to composite structures (A330/A320)

* Experience in CAMO startup or new station setup
