What you’ll be doing

• Lead underground technical services across planning, drill & blast, ventilation and backfill strategy
• Drive efficiency, debottlenecking and automation initiatives to optimise mine performance
• Oversee and develop a team of engineers, aligning technical delivery with production targets
• Partner with site leadership to influence short, medium and long-term mine planning

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in underground mining - essential
• Strong technical capability across mine planning, design and operational support
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in a mining environment
• Familiarity with mine planning tools such as Deswik or similar
