Business Analyst - AI

Job Description

Our client, a leading professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to support the delivery of innovative, data-driven initiatives across the business.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven experience delivering projects involving data, digital or emerging technologies
• Strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, including tools such as large language models and conversational AI platforms
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable Skills

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
• Familiarity with AI-driven process improvement or automation initiatives
• Experience working in professional services or large enterprise environments
• Understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Exposure to data analytics, machine learning concepts or cloud-based platforms

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline
