As our Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s growth and digital presence. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation: Collaborate with our design team to create engaging social media content and write insightful articles for the Transferra blog.
• Channel Innovation: Search, analyze, test, and launch new marketing channels and growth strategies to expand our reach.
• Performance Management: Manage external vendors for paid ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports to guide future marketing decisions.
• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals and enhance customer engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and sales teams to identify new target markets and expansion opportunities.

• Experience: You have a proven track record in Digital, Social Media, and Performance Marketing.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in FinTech, IT, or Banking is highly preferred.
• Strategic Thinker: You can manage budgets, plan long-term campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
• Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• Analytical: Proficient in market research and data analysis tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
