Business Sales Manager - Managed Services - Technology
About the Role
We are seeking a high‑impact Managed Services Sales Manager to drive enterprise‑level sales and business growth across our Managed Services portfolio in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter–farmer with deep experience selling complex technology services and building long‑term relationships with Executive and C‑suite decision‑makers.
This role is based in Luxembourg, operating across key sectors such as government, banking, telecom, aviation, energy, and large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Growth
- Own the sales strategy for Managed Services across key sectors in the Luxembourg market
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partner alliances
- Drive structured deal qualification from lead to closure
Client Engagement & Account Management
- Engage and influence Executive and C‑suite stakeholders with compelling business value propositions
- Expand existing accounts through cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews, forecasting, and growth planning
Solution Shaping & Proposal Leadership
- Translate customer needs into solution architectures across:
- Oracle Fusion Managed Services
- Service Desk & Onsite Support (ITIL/ITSM)
- Infrastructure (Cloud/Hybrid, Network, Workplace Engineering)
- DevOps & SecOps
- AI/ML solutions and enterprise applications
- Software & Mobile Development
- ManageEngine product suite
- Lead the preparation of proposals, SoWs, and RFP responses
Commercial, Contracting & Governance
- Negotiate complex commercial models (fixed, T&M, managed capacity, outcome‑based)
- Ensure strong margin governance, risk mitigation, and CRM hygiene
- Participate in deal reviews, pricing discussions, and executive‑level governance
Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with Delivery, Operations, HR, and PMO to ensure smooth transition and service mobilization
- Provide market intelligence for refining offerings and go‑to‑market strategy
🎓 Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience within the GCC or international markets
- Proven success selling Managed Services across multiple domains (Oracle, ITSM, Cloud, DevOps/SecOps, AI/ML, App Dev, ManageEngine)
- Experience engaging senior leadership, CIOs, CTOs, and procurement teams
- Strong understanding of ITIL, service contracts, SLAs/XLAs, and managed service financial models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering; MBA or relevant certifications (ITIL, Cloud, Security) are an advantage
- Arabic language is a plus; strong English is essential
