Purpose
As Project Procurement Manager, you oversee all procurement activities related to project execution. You are responsible for managing the procurement process from planning through execution, ensuring the timely and cost?effective acquisition of goods and services required for project success.

Purpose
As Project Procurement Manager, you oversee all procurement activities related to project execution. You are responsible for managing the procurement process from planning through execution, ensuring the timely and cost?effective acquisition of goods and services required for project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, including sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and negotiation approaches.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to understand project requirements and timelines, ensuring procurement activities support project milestones.
- Lead the project procurement team in conducting market research, supplier evaluations, and bid analyses to identify optimal vendors and subcontractors, in coordination with the Category -Management team as required.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks, in coordination with the Category Management team as required.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements, addressing issues or discrepancies as they arise.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies throughout the procurement process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to project stakeholders on procurement status, cost performance, savings, and potential risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP experience
- Proven experience in procurement management within the Oil and Gas OFFSHORE industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Solid understanding of applicable industry regulations and standards.
