Must-Have:

• A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Between 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems
• Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and agent-based architectures
• Strong command of Python, with the ability to build scalable and production-ready systems
• Solid knowledge of hallucination mitigation techniques, memory architectures, and tool-assisted reasoning
• Product-oriented mindset, focused on delivering effective and impactful solutions
• Proactive and autonomous professional, capable of defining specifications and influencing the technical direction of projects
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon

Would be great if you have:

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience working with high-performance computing environments, including machines equipped with dozens of GPUs
• Familiarity with ML Ops practices to support deployment, scaling, and monitoring of ML systems
