Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Generalist

From day one, you will join the People & Culture team as a generalist profile, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (around 70% of your role). You will own recruitment processes end to end from understanding business needs to welcoming new hires, while also contributing to other People & Culture initiatives that help build a healthy, sustainable and human-centered workplace.

You will be the person who connects talent with opportunity.

Most of your time will be dedicated to end-to-end recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers, guiding them through decisions, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

At the same time, your generalist mindset and coaching knowledge will allow you to support conversations around development, growth and people dynamics as the company continues to scale.
