Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate Mid/Senior Rust Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of software powering advanced Molecular Diagnostics Systems. In this role, you will work in a global, cross-functional environment, building reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions that directly impact patient care.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain software solutions using Rust, applying strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Design, build, and document high-quality software for medical devices
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for medical software
• Deliver reliable and timely solutions aligned with customer needs and company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to drive innovation
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, mentorship, and continuous learning
• Support the design of scalable and maintainable system architectures
• Help improve development practices and team efficiency

Tech stack:

• Rust
• Async programming (async/await)
• Tokio, Actix-web, Rocket

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
