As a Project Manager you will be responsible for timely openings, according to standards built subsidiaries and completed maintenance contracts for reasonable prices. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who combines technical expertise with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end retail projects (refurbishments, new openings, closures) ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to standards.
• Plan projects across technical areas and prepare cost calculations; monitor and control budgets throughout execution.
• Organize and lead tender processes; select, negotiate, and coordinate suppliers and contractors.
• Act as main point of contact for all stakeholders; lead project meetings and ensure clear communication.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and risks are addressed.
• Coordinate with landlords across the full project lifecycle, including handovers and closures.
• Manage store closures, including dismantling, cost estimation, and return conditions.
• Oversee maintenance contracts (scope, suppliers, costs) and support energy procurement activities.
• Review invoices, track costs, and act as technical point of contact where needed.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in retail, construction, or facility management.
• Strong cost calculation and budget management skills.
• Experience with tendering processes and supplier coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong prioritization abilities.
• Technical understanding of construction, facility systems (e.g. HKLS), or energy management.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach.
