Product Manager

AddSecure is a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity and end-to-end solutions. Within our Smart Alarms business, we provide secure solutions for monitored alarm transmission and reliable crisis communication, supporting organisations and emergency teams when it matters most.

We are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our ARC (Alarm Receiving Center) portfolio. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, where you will help create clear decision-making, effective collaboration, and aligned product direction across the company.

Our Alarm Receiving Centers are a critical part of how we deliver safety, security, and emergency services to customers by handling alarm signals such as SOS events and coordinating the right responses. As our products, integrations, and customer needs continue to grow, we need clear ownership, structure, and alignment across teams.

In this role, you will take ownership of our ARC framework and ensure that responsibilities, product boundaries, and dependencies are clearly defined, documented, and understood across the organisation.

The roleThis is a key role where you will shape how we organise, govern, and coordinate the ARC portfolio.

You will work closely with product managers, ARC leaders, and commercial stakeholders, and act as the main point of contact for Sales when questions arise around scope, ownership, and product responsibilities. You will help the organisation make better decisions and move faster in a complex, safety-critical environment.

Your work will create clarity around responsibilities and decision paths, improve collaboration across teams, and ensure customer needs are directed to the right product organisations.

You will:

• Leading the governance, documentation, and continuous evolution of the ARC portfolio
• Supporting colleagues in managing scope, priorities, and cross-functional impacts related to the ARC portfolio
• Driving alignment across product groups where ARCs share components, dependencies, or customer impact
• Ensuring customer needs raised by Sales such as alarm handling, SOS flows, or operational requirements are clearly defined in the product organisation
  
  

Who you areYou have experience as a Product Manager, or in a similar role, within complex, operational, or safety-critical product environments. You are comfortable working across technical and commercial contexts and have a strong ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving domains.

You are a strong communicator who works effectively with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders. You understand interconnected product ecosystems, integrations, and cross-team dependencies, and you bring a proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong drive to create alignment.

As this role involves close collaboration with ARC teams, you need to be able to communicate confidently and professionally in Swedish.

We believe you have:

• Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within complex, operational, or safety-critical product environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders
• A solid understanding of interconnected product ecosystems, integrations, and cross-team dependencies
• A proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving domains
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a strong drive to create alignment
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English
