Key Responsibilities

Analysis, Documentation, and Support

  • Coordinate and assist with annual product and risk assessments by managing data collection, analysis, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Establish and maintain global best practices, standards, and operating models for the Alts Product Team.
  • Collaborate with product leads to identify key themes, risks, and opportunities across teams and applications.
  • Assist in the creation of leadership presentations and executive-level communications.
  • Develop, curate, and distribute communications for the Product Team, including newsletters and updates.
  • Promote collaboration among teams by organizing workshops, working sessions, and forums.
  • Monitor deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple initiatives to ensure alignment and timely completion.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive project and implementation plans.
  • Perform business analysis to assess how evolving business needs impact systems or products and clearly document requirements and solutions.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance design and deliverables while demonstrating a solid understanding of technical concepts and their influence on projects and business operations.
  • Participate in system testing, including user acceptance, regression, client, and parallel/pilot testing as required.
  • Document procedures for new functionalities and deliver user training when appropriate.
  • Prepare project status reports and other communications for stakeholders as needed.
  • Apply robust project management standards and best practices to ensure successful execution.
  • Engage with global product teams, risk partners, compliance, and technology teams to gather input and maintain alignment on firm-wide initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, prepare status reports, and create dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations by delivering clear, consistent communication and escalating issues, as necessary.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline product governance and reporting activities.
  • Provide support for firm-wide and regulatory initiatives that impact multiple Alts products and applications teams.

Control/Risk Management

  • Assist in identifying and documenting product‑level risks, controls, and remediation actions
  • Support ongoing monitoring activities and ensure alignment with regulatory and firm requirements
  • Help coordinate responses to regulatory, audit, or internal review requests related to product governance

Education / Experience

  • B.S. / B.A. degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or financial services
  • Prior exposure to Alternatives, asset management, or financial services platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tool and/or AI curiosity a plus.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing leadership‑level materials.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and intellectually curious.

Salary Range

BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing. The anticipated base salary range(s) shown above are only for the indicated location(s) and may differ in other locations due to cost of living and labor considerations. Base salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
