Job Description

• Lead and oversee field operations within assigned regions, ensuring safety, reliability, and service continuity.
• Manage field teams responsible for network maintenance, fault and outage management, new connections, metering operations, field audits, and loss-prevention activities.
• Oversee the execution of small to medium-scale construction and investment projects within the region.
• Act as a key point of coordination between field teams, regional management, technical units, and headquarters functions.
• Drive operational excellence through strong safety compliance, cost control, and quality service delivery.
• Motivate and develop field teams with a leadership style grounded in clarity, empathy, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the company professionally in interactions with contractors, authorities, customers, and external stakeholders.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrical Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5-6 years of professional experience, including people management or team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of field operations, electrical systems, utilities, or industrial environments (energy sector experience is an advantage).
• Willingness to work extensively in the field with mobility across different locations.
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate confidently both on-site and at leadership level.
• A modern, collaborative, and growth-oriented leadership mindset with strong people-centric values.
