Position Summary

We are looking for someone to make sense of existing data by simplifying and visualizing it. The ideal candidate will graph the data and make it more readable and understandable.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting analysis studies in line with the requests from the departments
• Designing Power BI reports for company needs
• Data processing with DAX language on the created data models
• Performance optimization by continuously improving reporting processes
• Working closely with IT to ensure data integrity in relevant environments
• Interpreting business needs, transforming integrated data into meaningful visualizations, and supporting data-driven decision-making
• Providing data and reporting solutions to operational and business problems
• Ensuring that relevant data sets are complete, accurate, and timely for regular reporting

Requirements

• A quantitative degree such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience transforming and analyzing data from multiple sources to drive business insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI) and strong SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and data manipulation
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus
• Experience with employee, candidate, and organizational data
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive, fast learner, problem solver, and team player
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up skills to ensure all tasks are completed fully and on time
