We’re Hiring | IT Technician / Senior Officer (Emirati Talent)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Technician to support and maintain IT operations within an educational environment.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and operations
• IT certifications required (MCSE, CCNA, Apple Support certifications are an advantage)
• Experience in an educational setting is highly desirable

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Windows (8/10), Windows Server, macOS, and iOS environments
• PC & MAC hardware, peripherals, and application support
• Microsoft Active Directory (delegated domain administration)
• LAN networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
• Network, systems, and server troubleshooting
• Audio & video conferencing systems and IP telephony
• Installation, testing, and maintenance of software and IT equipment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and students
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot campus IT systems daily
• Manage IT inventory, documentation, and software licenses
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Support the use of IT across the curriculum and learning environment
• Ensure compliance with safety, data protection, and institutional policies
