Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Title: Junior QA

Duration: April 6, 2026 to April 5, 2027

Work Model: Remote must be in Toronto Ontario

Rate: $36 per hour

We are seeking a Junior QA professional with 1 to 4 years of experience to join a collaborative and self managed team focused on building and supporting in house web and mobile applications within the healthcare technology space.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their QA career who is eager to grow, take ownership of their work, and contribute to a modern, evolving platform. You will be part of a team of 10 working on innovative applications that support healthcare professionals with client management, scheduling, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications

• Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing

• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira

• Contribute to test planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of QA processes

Must Have

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a QA or software testing role

• Strong experience with manual testing

• Solid understanding of SDLC and QA best practices

• Experience writing and executing test cases

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Nice to Have

• Experience testing web and mobile applications

• Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise systems

• Experience with platforms such as Procura, AlayaCare, AcuteNet, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi

• Basic exposure to test automation tools or frameworks

• ISTQB or other QA certification

• Experience supporting or coordinating UAT
