Position Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Toronto, Guelph, Mississauga, Burlington, Montreal

Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days per week in office

Contract Duration: May 4, 2026 to October 31, 2026

Rate: $65 to $73 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern cloud and deployment pipelines. This role will focus on enabling efficient, scalable, and secure delivery across both non production and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI CD pipelines to support application delivery
• Manage and optimize deployment processes across non production and production environments
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve release cycles
• Implement and support API management solutions
• Maintain and enhance infrastructure using cloud native and containerized technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across build, deployment, and runtime environments
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security best practices are followed

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency with GitHub for source control and collaboration
• Experience working with Jira for tracking and agile delivery
• Hands on experience building and maintaining CI CD pipelines
• Experience with Jenkins for automation and orchestration
• Knowledge of API Management platforms
• Experience deploying applications across non production and production environments
• Familiarity with OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms
• Experience with Artifactory or artifact repository management
• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Proficiency in Groovy and Shell scripting

Nice to Have

• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex deployment pipelines
• Exposure to infrastructure as code practices
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
