Senior DevOps Manager
Full Time
Toronto or Montreal Office
2-3 days onsite
Salary Range $130k-$135k+ benefits, bonus, perks

- Expert understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and culture
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, pipelines, build/release automation)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep or similar)
- Strong understanding of release management, branching strategies, and deployment models
- Experience with environment management and complex multi-team delivery landscapes
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
- Strong knowledge of platform and infrastructure concepts (Networking, Load Balancing, Security, Servers, VMs)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is an asset
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across application, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
