We work at the intersection of blockchain, content, growth, media, and ecosystem building in Canada and beyond.

We’re looking for someone sharp, entrepreneurial, crypto-savvy, and hungry to help us grow our brands, support client work, and build something meaningful with us.

This could suit someone younger and high-potential, or someone more experienced. What matters most is judgment, initiative, strong execution, and real interest in the space.

• Growth strategy and execution for Blockchain North, BN Creatives, and selected clients
• Content and distribution across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, websites, and campaigns
• Sharpening messaging, positioning, and GTM execution
• Spotting smart growth opportunities, trends, and channels
• Supporting lead generation, visibility, and audience growth
• Using AI tools / lean workflows to move faster and smarter
  

• Strong crypto / blockchain knowledge
• Real ability in growth marketing, content strategy, and audience building
• Proven experience in paid ads / lead gen / analytics
• Excellent writing, messaging, and copy instincts
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, newsletters, websites, and digital distribution
• Excellent Canva skills and strong visual instincts
• Comfort using AI tools / agentic workflows
• Strong affinity with the Canadian and broader North American market
• Great English
• A real desire to build, grow, and contribute
  

• Startup experience
• Media, podcast, or video-related experience
• BD or GTM support experience
• Strong taste, judgment, and initiative
