Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support fleet performance, monitoring, and optimization across solar, storage, and EV systems. This role will focus on building and enhancing fleet management tools, analyzing operational data, and proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure system efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years in data analytics or related role
• Experience with SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Data visualization and reporting expertise
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Experience in fleet management or renewable energy sectors

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to design and enhance fleet management tools
• Monitor fleet performance and identify anomalies using data analytics
• Identify trends and predict potential failures
• Manage TSR ticket triage, prioritization, and assignment
• Analyze fleet data for performance and efficiency insights
• Work with product, operations, and support teams
