Software Engineer AI

We’re looking for a driven Software Engineer to join an emerging AI & Digital Centre of Excellence and play a foundational role in building scalable digital and AI-powered systems. This is an exciting opportunity to help transition early-stage GenAI prototypes into robust, production-ready platforms while shaping the future of healthcare technology.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend systems using Python, APIs, and cloud-based applications
• Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Collaborate with product, data, and R&D teams to define system requirements
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools
• Manage cloud infrastructure and contribute to architecture decisions
• Support AI-enabled systems and internal digital platforms
• Maintain clear technical documentation and system diagrams

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs, and data structures
• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or OCI)
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of security and handling sensitive data
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions
