The Opportunity
Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Palm Beach, Florida, with 1 to 2 days per week in a premier office in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach - with views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach Island, and within walking distance of Palm Beach Atlantic University.
This position is critical to ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, effective communication, and timely execution of key business initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, professional discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and priorities for senior leadership.
- Draft and edit professional correspondence, internal communications, and reports.
- Prepare, format, and update documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
- Support business social media management, including LinkedIn updates and content coordination.
- Organize files, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to keep operations running smoothly.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and documentation of outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information in alignment with HIPAA and organizational standards.
- Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
What You Bring
Required
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative, executive support, or coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft polished, professional correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
- Professional presence and ability to support leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Canva and business-related social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
- Prior exposure to behavioral health, healthcare, or similarly regulated environments.
