Job Description

Sterling Restaurants is seeking a talented Arabic-speaking Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in a similar role.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, creating visually stunning designs, and delivering captivating experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that align with the company’s objectives and brand guidelines.

• Create visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, digital ads, print collateral, and presentations.

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and techniques, incorporating them into your work to maintain cutting-edge designs.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions that drive business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• 2D design, motion graphics, video editing, and photography skills are a plus.

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into visually engaging designs.

• Strong understanding of branding principles and their application in design.

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all design outputs.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
