Role : SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Location : Sydney

Employment Type – Contract

Work Authorization: Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia. (Visa sponsorship is not available for this role)

Oversees the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules EC, ECM, RMK, ONB2.0, Time Off / Tracking and EC Payroll ensuring projects is delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, defining project scope, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to SAP SuccessFactors Activate methodology.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, functional teams, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and project scope.
• System Implementation: Oversee configuration, data migration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance, Onboarding).
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation strategies, and manage changes in project scope.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including internal staff, vendors, and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on HR system implementations (specifically SAP SuccessFactors).
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR functional processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules, integrations, and SAP Activate methodology.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
