Overview
For our Munich office we are looking for an HR Coordinator (m/w/d) to support the HR-Manager during day-today tasks and take over the recruiting and support for early careers / interns.

Overview
For our Munich office we are looking for an HR Coordinator (m/w/d) to support the HR-Manager during day-today tasks and take over the recruiting and support for early careers / interns.
THE ROLE
- Support with the employee lifecycle from recruiting, onboarding, engagement to offboarding.
- Responsible for “Early Careers” Recruiting: You are in charge for the job posting, shortlisting and first of interviews and the hiring process for all interns. You work in close collaboration with the departments.
- Organisation of career events for our internship program.
- Administrative HR work.
- Support of the HR-Manager in day-to-day tasks.
- Responsible for a smooth onboarding process.
- Absence management.
- Support of employees in all matters.
- Support with preparational payroll.
- Permanent contract.
- 27 days of vacation plus year-end closure.
