Overview
For our Munich office we are looking for an HR Coordinator (m/w/d) to support the HR-Manager during day-today tasks and take over the recruiting and support for early careers / interns.

THE ROLE
  • Support with the employee lifecycle from recruiting, onboarding, engagement to offboarding.
  • Responsible for “Early Careers” Recruiting: You are in charge for the job posting, shortlisting and first of interviews and the hiring process for all interns. You work in close collaboration with the departments.
  • Organisation of career events for our internship program.
  • Administrative HR work.
  • Support of the HR-Manager in day-to-day tasks.
  • Responsible for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Absence management.
  • Support of employees in all matters.
  • Support with preparational payroll.
