Cyber Security Specialist

The role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and regulatory compliance of the company’s computer systems and information management processes. The position is based at the Infomed Fluids manufacturing site in Bucharest, a subsidiary of the ACS Dobfar Group, and plays a key role in supporting data integrity, cybersecurity, and business continuity in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.


Key responsabilities:

  • Responsible for the validation process of computer systems, ensuring that all systems used within the company are validated and compliant with regulatory requirements related to data integrity.
  • Designs, supervises, and manages the cybersecurity system on a daily basis in accordance with the European NIS 2 Directive and ISO 27001, ensuring that all digital information used within the company is protected, including electronic devices, personal data, user accounts, files, and other digital assets.
  • Participates in the implementation and modification projects of computer systems and the overall information system.
  • Participates in the remediation process to address gaps in the company’s computer systems with respect to data integrity requirements and ensures compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Ensures that the collection of basic operational information is carried out using efficient and effective procedures and systems.
  • Ensures an adequate flow of information to company decision-makers (internal stakeholders) to support the efficient use of the IT resources under their responsibility.
  • Proposes interpretations and critical analyses of company data, including through cross-referencing, data combination, and comparisons over time and across different contexts.
  • Manages or participates in the definition and review of company procedures that may impact data quality and the efficiency of information collection.
  • Participates in data entry and data collection activities, proposing potential improvements and automation solutions.
  • Trains employees, when necessary, on the correct entry, use, and management of company data and information.
  • Identifies relevant information and eliminates redundant or non-significant data for management purposes.
  • Oversees GDPR compliance and participates in the management of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in accordance with ISO 22301 requirements.
  • Develops, when required, continuous or ad hoc reports for top management and department heads.
  • Prepares and manages reports requested by the company’s top management.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management
  • Experience with or knowledge of Windows Server and workstation LAN networks, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and MS Office
  • Professional knowledge of Romanian
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Based in the city of Bucharest/willing to relocate
