Assignment description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager with documented long experience to plan and manage multiple IT initiatives in parallel, within the same or multiple areas and across multiple teams, together with key stakeholders. You will act as IT project manager for a specific initiative within the area securing delivery of the agreed scope and quality within the set timeline.
Exptected outcome
The assignment is expected to result in cross track delivery of project initiatives with an internal and external focus on the CRM/Adjacent system.
Role and responsibility
- Take ownership of initiatives and tasks relevant to the involved teams and drive them to their completion.
- Ensure a general alignment, within the involved teams as well as with other relevant teams/business stakeholders.
- Follow-up on timelines, plans and activities with an intent towards ensuring steady progress within the project/initiative.
- Contribute to translating business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for the development team.
- Ensure that key stakeholders are prioritizing features and secures alignment with business goals, technical deadlines and considerations as well as general steering vision from IT management.
- Ensure that the delivered features meet business expectations, technical needs/needs and acceptance criteria.
- Helping with ensuring that the decisions and tasks are documented and maintained in a backlog of features and improvements.
- Support development efforts through communicating with the involved teams and escalate where applicable.
- Report to internal/external teams and outline risks/delays/friction points.
- Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies and challenges across systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Communicate towards business stakeholders impact, necessity and timelines. Take their input and report back to the relevant teams.
Requirements
Must have:
- IT Project Management skill - Proven experience with IT Project Management and experience coordinating large-scale customer-facing system transformations or country migrations.
- IT Project Management skill - Able to set project goals and detail the plans on how to achieve these goals.
- IT Project Management skill - Manage the scope and timelines across multiple initiatives as well as for individual initiatives.
- IT Project Management skill - Proven track record for capturing work tasks and distributing them amongst the team members. Following up on the status of pending tasks.
- IT Project Management skill - Ensure, plan and execute on test, cutover and go-live activities in collaboration to other relevant stakeholders (Developers, Testers, Product Owners, Solution Architects and business representatives)
- IT Project Management skill - Clearly report on project status and provide team members with a clear understanding of the progress within the initiative.
- IT Project Management skill - Identify, flag and resolve risks and dependencies in a timely manner to secure project continuity.
- IT Project Management skill - Gather options, distil information and present options to non-technical stakeholders (steering committee and business representatives).
- IT Project Management skill - Coordinate and collaborate with Product Owner(s), overall Solution Architect(s) and business project manager as well as other relevant IT and business stakeholders.
- IT Project Management skill - Prepare materials for and report to technical and non-technical forums. Ability to communicate to teams that are not experts in IT and remove blockers.
- IT Project Management skill - Set a structure/framework for the delivery of the project – that involves all relevant stakeholders.
- IT Project Management skill - Communicate risks, dependencies, blockers and project status to upper management.
- IT Project Management skill - Presentation skills and documentation structure/guidelines.
- IT skill - Good understanding of large system landscapes with systems such as CRM, Business Portal, Mobile App, ERP.
- IT skill - Fair understanding of Salesforce capabilities to ensure that the business demands are achievable.
- IT skill - A fair understanding of APIs, Web Services, Middleware, Queues/Topics.
- IT skill - Experience in working with teams related to other providers and systems.
- Analysis skill - Can identify both business and technical needs and frame them as business value driven activities.
- Analysis skill - Explain/Demo solution for non-technical stakeholders on the business side.
Nice to have:
- Ability to determine the sequence of execution of tasks with regards to fulfilling/accomplishing CRM goals.
- Data Mapping and data flow design.
- Understanding Customer Support and Sales business processes.
- Experience with solution design and system architecture.
- General understanding of Salesforce Governing Limits and platform limitations.
- Software Design patterns recognition and recommendation.
- Good understanding of declarative programming in Salesforce and Admin skills.

- Communication skills: excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members and colleagues.
- Problem-solving skills: Be able to identify and document business needs and requirements. Define strategies and working processes to enable teams towards their deliverables and goals.
- Team player: works collaboratively with other team members and other teams to achieve our goals. Cater for good collaboration within the team and ensure the team's work progresses efficiently and smoothly.
