Senior Project Manager

We are hiring a leader.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of high-value residential and commercial projects. This role is for a professional who can drive execution, control outcomes, and deliver under pressure.

You will be entrusted with end-to-end responsibility from mobilization to handover with full accountability on time, cost, and quality.

The successful candidate will lead complex projects across multiple sites, acting as the central authority between stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

This position requires decisive leadership, deep technical knowledge, and strong commercial awareness.

• Own full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Lead site operations with strict control over timelines, cost, and quality
• Drive contractor performance and enforce accountability
• Manage consultants and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Anticipate risks, resolve site challenges, and maintain execution momentum
• Enforce QA/QC standards and HSE compliance across all phases
• Control budgets, variations, and cost optimization strategies
• Deliver accurate, executive-level reporting and progress tracking
• Handle multiple concurrent projects without compromising performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• 7–12+ years of proven project management experience
• Strong track record in residential & commercial project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and control project outcomes
• Deep understanding of construction execution—not just theory
• High-level problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Proficiency in project management systems and reporting tools
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• UAE market experience is a strong advantage
