About The Opportunity

AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.

We are hiring a Senior Director/Vice President of Product, AI & Agent to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.

What You’ll Be Doing

User-Facing AI Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.

Operational AI & Agent Systems Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.

AI Platform Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.

What We Look For In You

• 12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
• Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
• Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
• Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
• Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
• Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
• Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin

Nice-To-Haves

• Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
• Graduate degree in a technical field
• Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
