Creative Project Manager

Job Description

The Creative Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of high-volume creative projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. This includes developing project plans, tracking deliverables, and facilitating collaboration across Creative, Strategy, and Account teams. The role requires experience with client-facing projects, end-to-end creative initiatives, and project management tools such as Asana. Projects may include in-store activations, social media campaigns, and packaging design.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager in a creative environment, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong knowledge of creative workflows, deliverables, and production timelines.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software.
• Client-facing experience, managing expectations and communicating project updates clearly.
• Ability to collaborate across Creative, Strategy, and Account teams.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience in retail, social media, or packaging projects is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the full creative project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans including goals, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Route and track creative work between internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Administer team logistics: schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up.
• Monitor project progress, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively resolve conflicts.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and project goals.
• Foster collaboration and communication across Creative, Strategy, and Account teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status.
• Define project success metrics and ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
