Senior .NET MAUI Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET MAUI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team, bringing extensive technical expertise, a passion for driving development excellence, and a collaborative spirit to contribute to innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software applications using C#/.NET and .NET MAUI
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code aligned with software development best practices
• Utilize Xamarin for mobile application development and transition effectively to MAUI as needed
• Implement and maintain Unit Testing frameworks to ensure robust and reliable code
• Design and optimize database queries using SQLite and SQL query language
• Integrate and manage data formats, including JSON and XML, within RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols
• Leverage the MS Visual Studio development environment for application design and debugging
• Contribute valuable insights during technical design discussions to enhance overall solution quality
• Follow version control best practices using Git or GitLab for code collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in software development
• Expertise in C#/.NET programming with proficiency in Xamarin and foundational knowledge of .NET MAUI
• Skills in Unit Testing frameworks and methodologies
• Knowledge of SQLite, SQL query language, JSON/XML, and RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in the MS Visual Studio development environment
• Understanding of Git, GitLab (CI/CD), or other source control tools
• Exposure to project management tools such as Polarion, Azure DevOps, or Jira
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like Angular or ReactJS
• Background in other mobile development technologies such as Flutter, Kotlin, or Swift
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Expertise in native Android app development, including Android Studio and Android app packaging processes
• Proficiency in iOS software development and Apple ecosystem tools
• Understanding of Android UI controls, UI layouts, and responsive design for different screen resolutions
• Capability to create proofs of concept (POCs) and conduct technical analyses
