Job Purpose

The Resource Coordinator is a vital member of our Global Resource Management department, responsible for supporting and managing resourcing activities across all technical practices. In this role, you will align talent availability with project demand, ensuring our global teams are optimized to deliver world-class digital solutions. You will serve as a central point of coordination, providing the insights and governance necessary to drive operational excellence across our international practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Align proactive resourcing demand with global availability while coordinating with diverse managers to achieve uniform outcomes.
• Provide detailed analysis and insight on resource capacity versus project demand to generate high-quality Management Information (MI) for senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with the Vendor Management team to identify and fulfill upcoming sub-contracting requirements.
• Deliver guidance and governance on resource management processes to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to develop sustainable medium- and long-term resourcing strategies.
• Maximize the utilization and data integrity of the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, FinancialForce.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation to solve complex staffing compromises that satisfy multiple stakeholders.
• Review resource forecasts and escalations to ensure accurate bookings and timely closure of resourcing requests.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in Resource Management or Project Management within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to summarize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders across an international organization.
• Hands-on experience with Resource Management software or PSA tools, ideally FinancialForce.
• Technical proficiency in enterprise tools including MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack.
• Experience navigating and working within complex, global team structures.
• Ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy and governance in a fast-paced setting.
