Business Analyst

Hello! We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1,5 years of experience to join our team and work on the analysis and delivery of digital solutions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and ensuring successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations;
• Translate business needs into clear specifications (User Stories, BRD, PRD etc);
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and other roles in a team;
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews;
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business goals;
• Model business processes and user flows (BPMN, UML, flow diagrams);
• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable;
• Manage changes in requirements and assess their impact on scope and timeline;
• Define KPIs and success criteria together with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1,5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects;
• Experience with requirements elicitation techniques;
• Ability to create clear documentation;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
