Middle Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge reporting and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in Power BI, data modeling, and modern data ecosystem integration.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and governed reporting architecture using Power BI
• Define strategies for semantic layers, dataset architecture, and workspace governance
• Develop and optimize complex dashboards and executive-level reports
• Create advanced DAX measures and calculated columns
• Configure row-level security (RLS) and implement data access controls
• Collaborate with data engineers to define and validate curated datasets
• Ensure data transformations align with enterprise standards and are accurately reconciled
• Monitor and resolve performance issues in reports and datasets
• Establish best practices for report lifecycle management and large-scale deployments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and define version control strategies for Power BI artifacts
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies
• Set up naming conventions and documentation standards for reporting solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX at an advanced level, and data modeling (star/snowflake schema)
• Competency in SQL and experience designing enterprise reporting solutions
• Understanding of data warehousing and analytics architecture
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure; experience with Databricks is a plus
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
