As part of ACENSI Belgium’s growth, we are seeking a Front-end Developer (UX & Optimization focus)

Contexte

Within the Digital Delivery team, you will collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, SEO experts, and business stakeholders to enhance and optimize digital platforms.

Your role

• Optimize and update web pages following UX/UI, SEO, and accessibility best practices
• Ensure visual consistency across digital platforms
• Contribute to new features and improvements (personalization, search, etc.)
• Perform UAT testing, report bugs, and ensure high-quality releases
• Manage and optimize tag management systems
• Proactively suggest improvements and innovations

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in front-end or digital roles
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript
• Experience with Bootstrap and BEM methodology
• Familiar with tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch…)
• Knowledge of SEO and web accessibility
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile best practices
• Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore is a plus)
• Fluent in English + French or Dutch
