ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to our performance and creative leadership team, you will take full ownership of visual design across multiple high-growth eCommerce brands.

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Senior Graphic Designer who can combine strong design fundamentals with a deep understanding of what makes visuals convert.

This is not just a design execution role — you will be responsible for shaping brand identities, developing high-performing creatives, and bringing ideas to life across packaging, landing pages, advertorials, and paid media.

You will play a key role in bridging brand and performance, ensuring everything we create not only looks exceptional but also drives measurable results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Brand & Packaging Design: Design product packaging, labels, and visual identities for our wellness brands, ensuring consistency and premium positioning.
• Performance Creative: Create high-converting visuals for landing pages, advertorials, sales letters, and paid ad creatives across multiple channels.
• Creative Ownership: Take projects from concept to final execution, delivering polished, production-ready assets across digital and physical touchpoints.
• AI-Driven Design: Use AI tools (such as Gemini, Heygen, Arcads, Spaces, and others) as a core part of your workflow to generate, iterate, and scale creative output.
• Visual Systems & Branding: Develop logos, mockups, and scalable visual systems that support long-term brand growth.
• Cross-Channel Execution: Adapt designs across multiple formats, ensuring consistency and performance across web, ads, and product experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, copywriting, CRO, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Creative Optimization: Continuously refine and improve creatives based on performance data and testing insights.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within eCommerce or DTC brands.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, and performance-driven design work.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Gemini, Heygen, Arcads, Spaces).
• A strong understanding of what makes visuals convert in eCommerce (landing pages, ads, advertorials).
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence in your creative decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Salary: 3,000 – 4,200 EUR/Month GROSS (Negotiable based on your skills and competencies).
