Data Analyst - Intern

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how a technical portfolio is monitored and improved in a real business environment. With the support of the team, you’ll develop analytical skills, gain exposure to operational performance topics, and collaborate on improvement initiatives, turning data into clear and practical insights.

Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities 📋

• Portfolio performance support: Assist in the daily analysis of key technical KPIs, monitor the overall performance of the in‑country portfolio, and help prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries.
• Root‑cause investigation & issue tracking: Help identify pain points in real time using heatmaps and other tools, investigate root causes, and support the implementation and follow‑up of corrective actions.
• Project participation: Contribute to beta pilots for new products/services and support continuous improvement initiatives, as well as ad hoc and strategic projects focused on key operational challenges.
• Insights & communication: Support the preparation of presentations, highlight key findings from data analysis, and help translate analytical results into clear, actionable insights.
• Action plans & monitoring: Assist in the preparation and tracking of monitoring reports, ensuring progress on improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications✅

• Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Administration.
• Fluent English (+B2 level), as you will work in an international environment.
