The role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join a collaborative, open minded, and highly personable team passionate about delivering high-quality web development solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape innovative, technically challenging projects from concept through delivery. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional agile teams, hands-on engagement with state-of-the-art technologies and modern development practices and the translation of complex business requirements into clear, scalable and technically robust solutions. You will drive implementation forward by aligning stakeholders and development teams, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and effective communication.

Projects are delivered for some of the largest companies in the Swiss market, using the latest technology frameworks, where code quality, design and strong architecture are top priorities.

You will:

• Plan, coordinate, and control end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams and external clients.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project initiations, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
• Manage and supervise projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initial pitch and proposal phase through execution and final delivery.
• Serve as the main client contact, confidently presenting project progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to larger stakeholder groups.
• Advise customers on best practices and lead projects toward successful, high-quality results.
• Collaborate closely with Agile Development Teams and Sales to align technical execution with commercial and delivery objectives.
• Actively contribute as a member of larger Project Management teams, supporting coordination, governance and continuous improvement.
  
  
  
  

You have:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in customer-focused project management.
• Strong affinity for computer science, web technologies, and digital platforms.
• Practical experience working with modern development environments and Agile frameworks from a project management and coordination perspective.
• Demonstrated involvement in large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and interconnected way of thinking, combined with a flexible, self-directed, and structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills, strong personal commitment, and a collaborative mindset.
• Full professional proficiency in English and French and/or German at C1–C2 level.
