The role

As Managing Director of GreenV Mexico, you are responsible for leading and expanding our activities in the Mexican greenhouse market. You will work closely with the Technical Director and the GreenV companies in the Netherlands to deliver integrated, multiscope projects.

We are looking for a hands-on leader: someone who combines strategic thinking with operational involvement and is comfortable acting as a “working foreman” within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the GreenV Mexico organization, ensuring strong team performance and sustainable commercial growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with growers, investors, and key stakeholders in the Mexican greenhouse sector.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable sales across the full GreenV technology portfolio.
• Represent GreenV within the Mexican horticultural community and position the company as a trusted and preferred partner.
• Ensure strong collaboration with the GreenV companies in the Netherlands to deliver integrated, high-quality greenhouse solutions.
• Manage local P&L, budgets, and performance metrics in line with GreenV’s global strategy and report on results monthly.
• Create and foster a motivated, high-performing team culture that reflects GreenV’s values.
  
  
  

Your profile

• Proven leadership experience within the Mexican greenhouse technology or related horticultural sector.
• A strong and relevant local network among growers, investors, and greenhouse developers.
• An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on, result-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Ability to bridge local market dynamics with international collaboration and global strategy.
