๐ Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager who will manage the end-to-end commercial performance of their assigned product group across international e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando, eBay, Walmart, etc.), achieving sales and profitability targets.
This role is a commercial position covering strategy development, pricing, stock coordination, and growth management.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
- Manage revenue and margin performance of assigned product/category group
- Develop growth strategies by country and marketplace
- Conduct pricing and profitability analyses
- Plan campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate with demand forecasting and inventory planning teams
- Manage new product launch processes
- Conduct competitor and market analyses
- Monitor sell-through rates, inventory turnover, and OOS levels
- Manage product listing optimization (SEO, content, visuals)
- Prepare weekly and monthly commercial performance reports
๐ Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce marketplaces (preferably Amazon FBA)
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical thinking
- Experience in pricing and margin management
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of P&L management
- Good command of English and Russian (preferred)
- Project and team coordination skills
